Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully. Organic Bed Threads does not usually receive returns, nor provide refunds nor exchanges if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection.

Due to the personalised nature of our products and in the interest of hygiene, your product may only be returned if it has not been used, damaged or washed. We do not accept returns nor provide refunds or exchanges on handmade textile irregularities.

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase and receive it in a timely and well packaged and presented manner. To avoid disappointment we have placed size charts on our website to help you decide if the bed linen you are looking at purchasing will be a good fit for your bed.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

In the unusual event that the above is not obvious, and where the supplier and consumer are not satisfied i.e. faulty (unless caused by you) or your items received are different to the goods you have ordered, it is at the discretion of the consumer to contact us within 3 days of the products’ arrival and declare the full details of their need for a return/refund/exchange.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges will only be given where the product has been returned to our Australian warehouse. Cost of product only will be refunded to the consumer when the full order has been returned. We do not refund on original shipping costs or returnable postage costs. We do not accept returns nor provide refunds or exchanges on saleable items.

We keep all correspondence to email rather than phone so that we have a record of the conversation. Upon successful determination of a return/refund/exchange we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 7 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account or your next statement).

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for items deemed faulty or incorrect product sent.

Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery. It is recommended that you retain proof of postage for all returned packages.

If you cancel an order before receiving the goods, and the carrier attempts to deliver the goods, you should not accept delivery from the carrier, and they will return the goods to us. In the event of the consumer signing for the goods, it is the consumer’s duty to restore the goods to Organic Bed Threads at your own cost and in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if the consumer (at their own expense) sends the goods to the supplier.

We may refuse returns/refunds/exchanges where it is obvious that this advice has not been followed.
